In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, LOPD), we expressly, precisely and unequivocally inform you that the data provided by you through the forms provided for this purpose on our website or in any other collection channel, as well as those generated during your relationship with our entity, will be processed in the files under the responsibility of Mar Belmonte, which, if applicable, would be duly notified in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for the purpose of maintaining and fulfilling the relationship of the recipient of the service with our entity and providing services derived from it.

Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned LOPD and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, LSSI-CE), we inform you that your data may be used for the purpose of sending you commercial and courtesy communications related to our entity by telephone or email.

The recipient of the service will be solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided, with Mar Belmonte acting in good faith as a mere service provider.

In the event that the recipient of the service provides false data or data of third parties without their consent, they will be personally liable to Mar Belmonte, the possible affected or interested parties, the Spanish Data Protection Agency and, where applicable, the regional data protection authorities, for the responsibilities arising from this circumstance.

Mar Belmonte does not collect data from individuals under the age of fourteen through its website. Should a person under the age of fourteen provide their data through the forms provided on our website or through any other data collection channel, it will be immediately deleted as soon as we become aware of this fact.

In order to comply with the provisions of article 4.3 of the LOPD, the recipient of the service undertakes to inform Mar Belmonte of any changes that may occur in their data, so that they truthfully reflect their current situation at all times.

8. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

In compliance with the provisions of the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the implementing regulations thereof, the recipient of the service may exercise, at any time, their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, by attaching a photocopy of their ID card to the data controller, Mar Belmonte, at the email address marmakeup03@gmail.com

 

9. LEGISLATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION

The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of disputes and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
